Say Hello to HiredArm…

So I would like to take the time to introduce and reintroduce myself to those who are new or newer to this thing we call GameSide Network. I am HiredArm, or as some refer to me, the guy who does all the behind the scene stuff with business and corporate relations. I’m 27, a member of the military, and for those who play with me usually refer to me as fun, crazy, intense at times, but mostly laid back about most things. Either way that’s the basics on me and for those who have further any further questions, well you can just ask me.

So we have been doing various iterations of GameSide Network for around three years now. I like to think of it as a evolving site to reflect changes in us, our staff, the industry, and life in general. The GameSide Network includes The Everyday Gamer site and the Art of Gaming site. It also includes the “corporate” GameSide Network site that is pretty boring and uneventful for most of our normal people but it’s geared more toward the webmasters of companies and other sites. Either way that’s the general breakdown for that. I know many people were slightly confused on some of that. I have been answering questions pertaining to that recently over IM from friends and other gamers who have checked out the site. A lot of this stemmed from a little confusion over our site’s MySpace page name, which reflected the corporate umbrella.

Well that’s all I have for this blog and look for more from me this week. I look forward to this new format, more talk about gaming, life, and feedback from the community. Until next time have fun.

I'm a long time gamer since 80's when people seemingly didn't know the term "color coordination." Seriously though I enjoy FPS/3PS, driving games, action games, sports, RTS, and adventure as well. I will play pretty much anything that caters to my lifestyle meaning something that I can pick up and get into within a short period of time. As you can guess though, RPG's don't make it in my "gaming diet" very often. Gamertags: HiredArm/M3RQ
