So I tried out the Iron Man demo that I downloaded from Xbox Live… like I said in a previous post, usually within the first 10 minutes of playing I can tell whether or not I’ll have any continued interest in the game. Iron Man only lasted 5 minutes. Call me impatient but the wacky aiming and directional controls turned me off immediately - to where I didn’t want to try to learn how to play it. I’m sure in the full game there’s a tutorial or you learn as you go but maybe that should have been the demo so we can could get a feel for the game. Or maybe it’s just me.

A game that I am really into right now is No More Heroes for the Wii. This game came out at the beginning of 2008 and it is a combination of crazy, retro, gore and hilarity all thrown into one game. If you haven’t tried this game yet and you have a decent sense of humor then I highly recommend at least renting it. The hack and slash can get a bit repetitive at times but I’m willing to chop off a thousand heads and pull hundreds of toilets saves just to see what happens next. No unibeam needed.
